We are seeking a proactive Firm and Relationship Manager to enhance client satisfaction and drive engagement within our law firm. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various logistical aspects of events and client interactions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

As a Firm and Relationship Manager at Eldib & Co Attorneys at Law your responsibilities will include:

 

1. Conduct thorough and systematic audits of team performance and financial metrics on a regular basis, employing both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Compare results against historical data, established objectives, and industry benchmarks to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

 

2. Prepare detailed reports that highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations for enhancing performance.

 

3. Create and implement a systematic approach to monitor incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and other correspondence, to detect any signs of client dissatisfaction or emerging concerns.

 

4. Analyze communications for patterns to identify trends or recurring issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop actionable strategies for resolution. Take prompt and proactive steps to address identified issues, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining a record of actions taken to enhance accountability and transparency.

 

5. Proactively address client feedback and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

 

6. Develop client relationships and implement a comprehensive feedback loop. Utilize insights gained from client interactions to recommend improvements in services and processes, ensuring that all communications are clear, empathetic, and tailored to client preferences.

 

7. Regularly assess satisfaction levels and work collaboratively with internal teams to create a client-centric culture that prioritizes exceptional service delivery.

 

8. Oversee the firm’s participation in national and international conferences, seminars, and conventions, ensuring all logistical elements are handled efficiently.

 

9. Prepare and manage giveaways and promotional materials for events, to enhance the firm’s visibility and engagement.

 

10. Ensure timely processing of all event-related documentation, registrations, and payments, coordinating attendance at key industry events.

 

11. Handle submissions to firm ranking websites, including working with the firm’s different departments and ensuring the firm’s accomplishments are well-represented.

 

12. Maintain regular communication with clients to inform them of new developments in the firm’s services and offerings.

 

13. Manage the preparation of quotes and pricing structures for services across the firm, adapting to market conditions and client expectations. Regularly assess and adjust pricing strategies, including special cost offerings, to align with market dynamics and enhance competitiveness.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

 

2. Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

 

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals at all levels.

 

4. Excellent organizational and logistical skills.

 

5. Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

 

6. Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.

 

7. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
