Abdel Aziz received his LLB from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in 2002 and joined the firm in 2003 in the Banking and Finance department. He has been a partner at the firm since 2012. Today, Abdel Aziz serves as the head of the Corporate Department. He is currently a member of the legal advisors team for international banks in Egypt, handling litigation, property transfers, acquisitions, mortgages, and tax matters. He has managed and handled numerous successful negotiations and drafted settlements and re-scheduling agreements with banks and borrowers.
Abdel Aziz has boundless experience in all Intellectual Property matters including prosecution, enforcement, licensing, and litigations. He has also conducted successful raids on behalf of major international corporations. Abdel Aziz acts as an advisor to companies during pre-contractual negotiations, drafting, and reviewing all types of service agreements concerning operation agreements.
Abdel Aziz is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Egyptian Bar Association, Egyptian Maritime Society, International Trademarks Association (INTA), American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham), and the Egyptian Association for Protection of Industrial Property (AEPPI).
