On 23rd of September, the Libyan TMO has resumed issuance of the official trademark gazette. This is the first time the gazette has been issued electronically. The gazette has been halted since 2015 and it is expected that the TMO will expedite the issuance of more gazettes during the remainder of 2020. The opposition period in Libya remains to be 90 days.
