{"id":1637,"date":"2018-04-17T09:44:42","date_gmt":"2018-04-17T09:44:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/road9demos.com\/eldib\/?p=1637"},"modified":"2023-10-25T12:45:48","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T12:45:48","slug":"egypt-activation-of-electronic-signature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eldib.com\/ar\/egypt-activation-of-electronic-signature\/","title":{"rendered":"Egypt \u2013 Activation of Electronic Signature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday, 26<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of January, 2018, the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (\u201c<strong>ITIDA<\/strong>\u201d) declared the commencement of the activation process of the Electronic Signature services at GAFI, as well as solving all pending issues regarding ITIDA licensed companies.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Ministry of Investment and Internal Cooperation has declared the Electronic Signature system, once activated, as a method for registering new companies at GAFI, will be one of the procedures which shall contribute in facilitating the company\u2019s registration process on one hand, and simplify the reinforcement of the Investment Law and its executive regulation on the other.
