Mostafa obtained his LLB from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in 1986. He later joined the firm in 1990, and was appointed head of the Tripoli office at its inception in 2004. Mostafa was admitted before the Egyptian Court of Cassation in 2007. He has been a partner in the firm since 2007. His main areas of expertise are banking, corporate and intellectual property.
Mostafa now heads Eldib & Co’s Litigation Department, handling high-profile cases for multinational companies, including various shipping companies. As a specialist in trademark matters, he played a key role in drafting Intellectual Property law no. 82 of 2002 in Egypt.
Mostafa is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, Egyptian Maritime Society, and Egyptian Association for Protection of Industrial Property (AEPPI).
