We are seeking a proactive and design-savvy Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the firm’s marketing initiatives and brand visibility efforts. This role encompasses social media management, content creation, the launch of a branded video series, regular newsletter production, advertising, visual identity oversight, event branding, and coordination with external designers and freelancers. The ideal candidate will ensure the firm projects a consistent, modern, and professional image across all channels and jurisdictions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

As a Marketing & Communications Manager at Eldib & Co Attorneys at Law your responsibilities will include:

 

1- Social Media Management & Digital Content:

 

  • Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms with a consistent tone and brand voice.
  • Develop monthly content calendars featuring firm updates, case wins, legal commentary, and event coverage.
  • Write and design social content in alignment with the firm’s business development goals.
  • Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.

 

2- Branded Video Series Development:

 

  • Launch and manage a short-form branded video series highlighting firm capabilities, team insights, and legal education.
  • Oversee concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with firm values and quality standards.

 

3- Newsletter Design & Execution:

 

  • Design and distribute a visually appealing and informative firm newsletter (monthly or quarterly).
  • Source content from practice heads, BD, and leadership, and format into structured, on-brand issues.
  • Monitor engagement rates and refine content strategies based on feedback and metrics.

 

4- Brand Identity, Stationery & Visual Consistency:

 

  • Manage and maintain the firm’s visual identity and branding guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee production of business cards, letterheads, envelopes, document templates, and signage.
  • Audit firm visuals periodically for brand coherence and quality control.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and freelancers as needed.

 

5- Marketing Collateral & Promotional Materials:

 

  • Design and maintain updated brochures, service sheets, event handouts, and pitch decks.
  • Customize materials for specific jurisdictions, industries, or legal service areas.
  • Ensure high standards of visual and editorial quality across all outputs.

 

6- Advertising & Campaign Management:

 

  • Plan and execute advertising initiatives including sponsored posts, industry directories, legal magazines, and digital placements.
  • Liaise with media vendors and legal publications to coordinate placements and scheduling.
  • Track ROI and adjust ad campaigns based on analytics and performance data.

 

7- Rankings, Directories & Awards Submissions:

 

  • Coordinate submissions to directories such as Chambers, Legal 500, WTR, and others.
  • Liaise with BD and legal teams to gather relevant casework, metrics, and commentary.
  • Maintain an internal database of prior submissions, feedback, and status updates.

 

8- Event Marketing & Visibility:

 

  • Manage the firm’s visibility at conferences, seminars, and speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate branded giveaways, banners, and collateral for maximum exposure.
  • Collaborate with the BD team and logistics coordinators to ensure impactful representation.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

1- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

 

2- 2–4 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing.

 

3- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

 

4- Strong eye for design, detail, and brand coherence.

 

5- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

 

6- Experience using social media schedulers (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite), and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo).

 

7- Experience coordinating with external creatives (designers, videographers, printers).

 

8- Familiarity with the legal services sector and rankings process is a strong advantage.

 

9- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
