China Trademark Association’s Secretary General Wu Dongping Meets with Amr Eldib, Managing Partner of Egypt’s Eldib & Co

 

 

 

 

On May 14, Secretary General Wu Dongping of China Trademark Association received Mr. Amr Eldib, Managing Partner of Egypt’s Eldib & Co Law Firm, at the association in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation in the field of trademark and brand development between China and Egypt.

 

Secretary General Wu Dongping welcomed Mr. Amr Eldib and his delegation and gave a brief overview of the China Trademark Association’s achievements in promoting trademark and brand strategies, as well as enhancing international exchanges in the field of intellectual property. He noted that with the increase of economic and trade relations between China and Egypt, there are significant potentials for cooperation in trademark protection and brand rights enforcement.

 

Mr. Amr Eldib introduced the background of Eldib & Co, and expressed a strong willingness to deepen cooperation with Chinese brand owners. He stated that the firm has long focused on China-Africa legal affairs and looks forward to working closely with the China Trademark Association to provide professional and efficient legal services for Chinese enterprises in Egypt in the area of trademark-related matters.

 

Secretary General Wu Dongping expressed that the association appreciates Eldib & Co’s deep understanding of the needs of Chinese enterprises and its initiative to provide strong legal support for their development in Egypt.

 

During the meeting, both parties also discussed in depth their participation in the 15th China International Trademark and Brand Festival to be held in Shanxi Province, China. Zhai Xiaoyu, Director of the International Department of the Association, and Zou Yizhi, China Business Manager of Eldib & Co, also attended the meeting.
