The Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA) has issued Decision No. 141 of 2025, published on 14 October 2025, revising the official fees applied by the General Department of Copyright.
The new schedule covers revised fees for applications, pre-examination reviews, publication requests, amendments, certification, and inspection services. It also introduces charges for certificates, affidavits, and official statements issued on secure paper bearing the seal of the Republic.
The decision took effect immediately as of 14 October 2025.
