We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposals Coordinator to join Eldib & Co team in Cairo. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process of preparing financial quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to our clients. A background in finance is preferred to effectively handle pricing strategies and financial benchmarking.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Proposals Coordinator at Eldib & Co Attorneys at Law your responsibilities will include:
1- Lead the development and submission of RFPs and tenders, ensuring all client requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
2- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal process, addressing inquiries, providing clarifications, and fostering strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and trust.
3- Coordinate with international partners and associates to gather necessary information, ensuring proposals align with both local and international standards and practices.
4- Develop and maintain comprehensive price lists and customized quotations, utilizing financial acumen to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
5- Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and competitor pricing to inform and adjust our financial proposals, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
6- Collaborate with internal teams to draft, edit, and refine proposal content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with the firm’s standards and client expectations.
7- Oversee the organization and maintenance of proposal documents, templates, and related materials to streamline the proposal development process and ensure consistency.
8- Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and internal quality standards, conducting meticulous reviews and edits to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
9- Identify opportunities to enhance proposal processes, tools, and templates, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in proposal development.
10- Coordinate with marketing and outside marketing providers to develop marketing materials.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2- Minimum of 2 years in proposal coordination, business development, or a related role, preferably within a professional services firm.
3- Strong understanding of financial principles and pricing strategies.
4- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
6- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
7- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
8- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and foreign associates.
Preferred Qualifications:
1- Prior experience in financial benchmarking and market analysis.
2- Familiarity with proposal management software and tools.
3-Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
