Following the Executive Regulations for Trademarks issued by The Ministry of Economy & Commerce no. 26 of 2024, Article 11; The Libyan Trademark Office has issued an official decision No. (335) of 2024 on the cancellation of trademarks.
All Trademark Applications published in the Official Gazette whose applicants have not filed renewal applications in accordance with the provisions of Article (1257) of the Commercial Activity Law No. (23) of 2010 shall be considered canceled.
This decision shall be effective as of the date of its promulgation 25th of February 2024.
