Abdullah Amr is a Junior Associate in the Commercial Department at Eldib & Co. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Law with Distinction and Honours from the double degree programme of the British University in Egypt and London South Bank University. He also completed the Private International Law session at The Hague Academy of International Law.

His work focuses on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate due diligence and company incorporations. This includes joint venture structuring under the Egyptian Companies Law No. 159 of 1981 and the Investment Law No. 72 of 2017.

Abdullah supports the team on legal research and advisory work across commercial and cross-border matters, and drafts in both Arabic and English.
