He’s a seasoned intellectual property strategist with over seven years of experience driving global IP enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and brand protection initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in navigating cross-border legal frameworks to deliver robust outbound solutions for multinational rights holders.
Mr. Li has successfully built and optimized an efficient cross-border legal coordination network covering key markets across the Middle East (including Egypt, the UAE, and Turkey), Southeast Asia, and the Americas. His expertise includes directing complex multi-jurisdictional case budgets, establishing evidence-collection frameworks for international litigation, and leading cross-cultural investigative teams. Notably, he has served as the principal coordinator for landmark cross-border enforcement actions, including major global counterfeit platform takedowns.
An active member of the international IP community, Mr. Li frequently engages with networks such as INTA, AIPPI, and MARQUES to align firm capabilities with evolving global enforcement trends.
Mr. Li holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah, an M.S. from the University of Southern California, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Management Science at Chongqing University. He is a native Mandarin speaker with fluent proficiency in English.
