Hossam Gamil is an Associate in the Corporate Department at Eldib & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Helwan University (English Section) and a Diploma in International Trade Law from Ain Shams University.

Hossam joins the corporate team after almost five years in legal practice, representing clients in civil and commercial disputes before the Egyptian courts. This background gives him a clear understanding of how corporate and contractual issues play out when disputes arise.

His areas of interest include corporate law, contract drafting, arbitration, construction contracts under FIDIC, and oil and gas matters. He brings a careful, practical approach to protecting clients’ interests.
