Marwan Zahran is a law graduate from the German University in Cairo (LLB Class of 2022) and holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and Administrative Sciences from Ain Shams University (Class of 2024). He is a Junior Associate at Eldib & Co specializing in corporate and commercial law, labor law, pharmaceuticals, and arbitration.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Marwan handles national and multinational cases, actively contributing to various corporate matters. His role includes conducting legal research, providing legal opinions, and liaising with key Egyptian governmental entities such as the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), the Customs Authority, the Taxation Authorities, and the Notary Public.
