Mohamed Gaber is a Junior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Department at Eldib & Co. He holds an LL.B. from Ain Shams University (French Section) and an LL.M. in International Corporate Business and Financial Law from Liverpool John Moores University.

Prior to joining the firm, Mohamed gained experience in capital markets and regulatory matters, including corporate listings, compliance monitoring, and legal analysis of market activities.

He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal opinions, and supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses. He also assists with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance reviews, and legal research on regulatory developments. Mohamed supports both local and international clients across diverse corporate and commercial matters.
