Mohamed is a graduate of Cairo University, where he earned his LLB from the Faculty of Law – English Section in 2018. In 2023, he embarked on a new professional journey with Eldib & Co, joining as an Associate in the Corporate Department. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate procedural matters. His work primarily involves the establishment of various business entities across Egypt. He adeptly attends and assists in multilingual Board of Directors meetings, Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assemblies, meticulously recording minutes. His role extends to providing insightful legal advice on commercial and corporate law issues.

Mohamed’s role encompasses maintaining vital connections with key Egyptian governmental agencies such as the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), Customs Authority, Taxation Authorities, and the Notary Public. These interactions are crucial in facilitating seamless corporate operations. A dedicated member of the Egyptian Bar Association, he continually strives to embody the pinnacle of legal professionalism.
