Sameh Abdelrazik, an Associate at Eldib & Co, specializes in intellectual property law, bringing extensive experience in managing IP rights for both national and international clients. He graduated from Cairo University (LLB, 2019) and earned his Master’s in Private Law from Ain Shams University (LLM, 2021).

Joining Eldib & Co in 2024, Sameh brings experience in trademark, patent, and industrial design matters, including searches, infringement cases, and legal disclosures.

He plays a key role in IP litigation and manages a wide range of IP matters, from client correspondence and strategic legal opinions to drafting appeals and oppositions. His expertise also extends to IP prosecution, ensuring the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights. Actively engaging with governmental and international bodies such as WIPO and OAPI, he strengthens Eldib & Co’s presence in the global IP arena.
