We’ve recently received notification of Decision No. 112 of 2023, issued on November 13, 2023, bringing amendments to some provisions of Decision No. 20 of 2020. This pertains to the fees for services provided by the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates. The key highlight is a revamped fee structure and alterations in the official fees for various patent and designs-related services.
The new fee structure is set to come into effect in January 2024.
