Effective immediately, the Qatar Trademarks Office will be accepting applications for the registration of trademarks covering all previously restricted goods and/or services, such as:
- Alcoholic beer (Class 32)
- Alcoholic products and drinks (Class 33)
- Pork products (Class 29)
- Gambling machines (Class 28)
- Gambling services (Class 41)
In summary, the Qatar Trademarks Office will accept any goods or services covered under any class falling under Nice 13th classification without exception, in accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures.
