Gürcan graduated from İstanbul University-School of Law in 1985. He practiced as a lawyer from his graduation to early 90s. In 1991 he incorporated his first business in international trade. His firm distributed various European and Asian products in Turkey for nearly 30 years. During these years he invested and operated in various sectors such as construction, industrial manufacturing, textiles and mining. While he was actively working as a successful businessman, he continued practicing law. To share his vast experience in law and business with international and domestic clients he joined Eldib & Co in 2019. He is specialized in Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution and Labor & Employment. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
